Hillary Clinton Jerked Me Off With a Mitten
Billed as Karl & Friends, and introduced as Mother Vinegar, one of the most enjoyable sets of music from the entire weekend took place in the buffet area in the middle of the afternoon on a nice sunny day in Jamaica. Karl Engelmann, guitarist/vocalist in Ali Babi's Tahini with his Tahini cohort Jake Cinninger from Umphrey's McGee, performed a set of Englemann originals, some of which are prominently featured in the Umphrey's catalog. The set delivered some of the most enjoyable tunes you can imagine from start to finish. Luckily I had a small camera for the whole thing, until some lady asked if she could use a chair at our table and sit right in front of the camera. I'll try and post some more highlights but the opener was certainly a hit.

The only thing that could make this guy cooler is if he was the inspiration for that inflatable monkey at Rothbury also named Karl. I'm going to assume he is that Karl, so thank you kind sir... may I have another?
